Yes! Whilst we designed our plans to accommodate to the vast majority of businesses, we will of course work with you to design a plan that is exactly right for you. Get in touch and we can get started on your custom plan!
We’re proud to say that this has never happened before. We work to a detailed brief which you provide us before a shoot, which ensures we are on the same page.
Absolutely! Given the scope and locations we shoot in, it is rare that clients do come to our shoots, however if you'd like to come you are welcome to.
No problem. We’ll either create a custom plan that renews every two months, or you can pause your subscription whenever you like.
Of course. You can upgrade/downgrade, pause or cancel your plan via your account at any point. Just make sure any change to your plan is made in between shoots.
Yes, provided they are available. When you make a content request, you can choose all the elements of your shoot, such as location, models, content style, props etc…
Yes. On our ultimate package, we do not put a limited on the number of products we will shoot. However each package/plan is for one day, so we need to reasonably be able to shoot all your content in one shoot day.
